- All document transmission is handled directly between your device and your chosen recipient or sharing method.
3Third-Party Infrastructure (CloudFlare)
NetHelper utilizes CloudFlare Workers to route background requests necessary for the app’s functionality.
- We do not capture, log, or store any personal data or document payloads through these workers.
- CloudFlare inherently processes basic, transient network metadata (such as IP addresses and request headers) strictly for security, routing, and performance purposes. This data is not accessible to us in any personally identifiable format and is handled in accordance with CloudFlare’s privacy policy.
4Data Retention
Because we do not collect or store any personal data, we do not retain any user data on our servers.
Everything related to your use of the app remains locally on your device or is transiently routed without logging.

Since we do not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
