Privacy Policy

Short version: this website has no cookies, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. The only information we receive is what you choose to type into the contact form or the newsletter box, and it goes straight to our inbox.

1What we collect

Nothing at all unless you submit one of the two forms on this site.

When you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, engagement level and message you entered. When you sign up for the newsletter, we receive the email address you entered.

Alongside either submission we also receive basic request information that our hosting provider adds automatically: the date and time, your approximate country and city, and your IP address. We keep it because it helps us tell a real enquiry from automated spam.

2What we do with it

We email it to info@letstech.us and reply to you. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to any list you did not ask to join, and we do not use your message to build a profile of you.

3Where it is stored

In our email. This site has no database and no account system, so there is nowhere else for your information to sit.

We keep enquiries as long as they are useful for the working relationship or for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

4Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising, tracking pixels or social media trackers. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you submit a form.

5Services we rely on

Three third parties are involved in running this site. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Cloudflare hosts the site and routes traffic to it. It processes network information such as IP addresses and request headers for security, routing and performance.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox, which means the contents of your message pass through their system on the way to us.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces this page uses. Loading them means your browser contacts Google, which discloses your IP address and browser details to Google.

All three operate in the United States, so information you send us is processed there.

6Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@letstech.us and we will handle it ourselves — there is no form and no process to navigate.

You can also reach us the old-fashioned way instead of using the form: email us directly and nothing on this site is involved at all.

7Children’s privacy

This site is aimed at businesses and organizations, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

8Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes take effect when they are posted here.
