Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 29, 2026

These terms govern use of the LetsTicket help desk operated by Let’s Tech LLC, including the text messages it sends. If you are looking for the SMS terms specifically, they are in section 5.

1Who these terms are between

These terms are between Let’s Tech LLC ("Let’s Tech," "we," "us" or "our") and you — either as a client organization that has engaged us, or as a person using the help desk on that organization’s behalf.

Where a signed services agreement exists between Let’s Tech and your organization, that agreement governs the services, the fees and the parties’ obligations. These terms cover use of the help desk itself and supplement that agreement. If the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.

2What the service is

LetsTicket is our help desk. Through it, authorized people at a client organization can submit support requests, follow their progress, and correspond with our technicians. We use it to track the work, record time, and notify the right person when something needs attention.

The help desk is provided for business use by our clients. It is not a consumer product and is not available to the general public.

3Accounts and access

4Acceptable use

Do not use the help desk to break the law, to try to gain access to systems or data you are not entitled to, to interfere with the service, or to submit material you have no right to share. Do not submit payment card numbers or credentials in a ticket — if we need a credential, we will tell you how to send it securely.

5SMS messaging terms

Program name: LetsTicket Help Desk Notifications, operated by Let’s Tech LLC.

What the program is. Let’s Tech sends text messages to our technicians and to the authorized contacts at our client organizations in connection with IT support. These are service messages about work we are doing for you. They are not marketing or promotional messages, and we do not use this program to advertise anything.

The messages you may receive:

How you consent. Mobile numbers are provided to Let’s Tech under the signed services agreement between Let’s Tech LLC and your organization, which identifies the individuals authorized to receive help desk messages, or because you or your organization gave us the number directly for support purposes. Consent is given to Let’s Tech alone. We do not accept consent gathered by another business on our behalf, and we never transfer your consent to anyone else.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Frequency depends on how much support activity there is on your account. There is no fixed number of messages, and we send only when there is something to tell you.

How to stop receiving messages. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can also email info@letstech.us and ask us to remove your number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your support — we will simply reach you by email or telephone instead.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for contact information, or email info@letstech.us.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers. The program is supported by major carriers in the United States, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular and their affiliates, as well as a number of smaller carriers. Carrier support can change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy. How we handle your mobile number and your consent is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

6Fees and billing

Fees, rates, minimum increments and payment terms are set out in the services agreement between Let’s Tech and your organization. The help desk itself carries no separate charge to authorized users at a client organization. The time recorded against tickets is billed according to that agreement.

7Your information and ours

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Information your organization provides to us remains your organization’s. The help desk software, our documentation and our methods remain ours. Where we handle protected health information on a client’s behalf, a Business Associate Agreement governs that handling.

We treat the contents of your tickets as confidential and disclose them only to the people who need them to do the work, or where the law requires.

8Availability

We work to keep the help desk available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, provider outages and circumstances beyond our control can all interrupt it. Where a signed services agreement sets response times or service levels, those apply; this page does not create any additional guarantee.

9Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as stated in a signed services agreement, the help desk is provided "as is" and Let’s Tech disclaims all warranties not expressly given, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Let’s Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the help desk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Ending access

Either party may end access in accordance with the services agreement. We may suspend or withdraw access to the help desk if these terms are breached. On termination we will handle your data as the services agreement and our Privacy Policy require.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when they are posted here. Continued use of the help desk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
